When M&M Painting and Tiling provides You with a quote, it includes all these services to ensure You of quality, long-lasting paint finishes, with surroundings left in a clean, orderly condition.
- Drop cloths for furniture, floors, etc.
- Masking of windows, hardware and light fixtures
- Removing dust, dirt, oil, grease etc. from surfaces before painting
- Removing peeling paint
- Removing rust from ferrous metal
- Minor clean up of floors and surfaces each day
- Removing surplus materials and debris from site at completion of job
- Removing paint splatters
- Blinds/curtains on windows removed and reinstalled
- Plug and switch plates removed and reinstalled where necessary
- Hardware removed and reinstalled as needed
- Caulking where necessary
